Cork’s Cottage was built in 1875 by Martin Cork and has been in the family ever since.

Val and Phil moved into the cottage in 1989 and undertook extensive renovations of the house and started the garden. An old fashioned mandarin tree is the only thing remaining from this time, the rest has been a mixture of hard work and inspiration.

We have always enjoyed sharing our garden with people and have regular visits from community groups, garden clubs and have also been involved with the SA Open Garden Scheme. Our garden has been featured on 'Get Dirty with Milton Vadoulis' and on Channel Nine's 'in the Garden with Kim Syrus'.

With Val being the function co-ordinator at Cafe Nova for 16 years and conducting weddings in our garden since 1989, we are ideally placed to assist you in making your special day as memorable and stress free as possible.
